The Colorado Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on October 21, 2025, on the proposed changes to Rules 207.1, 207.8, and 207.14 of the Rules Governing Admission to the Practice of Law in Colorado.  The hearing will be held in the Supreme Court Courtroom.  Written public comments by any interested person are requested on the proposed rules.  Public comments should be submitted in letter format addressed as follows: Colorado Supreme Court, 2 E. 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80202.  Public comments should be submitted by email in letter format as an attachment to the email as a Word or PDF document. Comments and speaking requests must be emailed to supremecourtrules@judicial.state.co.us.  Written comments received by the deadline will be made public and posted to the website here (comments updated 10-14-25) after the comment period closes.
