• Document must have case number (if filing into an existing case)
• ID included where required

Documents that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected

Document is not filed until accepted by the Clerk's Office and uploaded into the Court's case management system.

- The setting is conducted by the Judicial Clerk who will set the case with the District Court Judge. These settings may be scheduled Monday – Friday 8:00 AM -12:00 PM AND 1:00 PM-4:30 PM. Any person with access to the attorney’s schedule may call into the setting. We require ALL parties to call the Court for this setting.

- The party requesting the setting is responsible for filing the notice with the Webex information for the Judge presiding over the case.

- If a case management conference is set, then a joint or stipulated case management order should be filed prior to the case management conference. 

We cannot “float” dates as these are subject to change.
