Guidelines for Pro-Se e-mailed documents:
- Document must be legible and complete
- Document must be signed
- Document must have case number (if filing into an existing case)
- ID included where required
Documents that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected
Document is not filed until accepted by the Clerk's Office and uploaded into the Court's case management system.
