Building Hours Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Clerk's Office: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, excluding State Holidays
Please Note: The Clerk's Office will close at 3:00 pm for staff meetings on the following dates in 2026:
January 15th, March 12th, May 21st, July 16th, August 27th, September 17th and November 19th.

La Plata County Courts and Probation will be closed Monday, November 2, 2026.
Any hearings scheduled 11/2/26 will be continued to another date.

Friday, November 27, 2026 - Day after Thanksgiving (court will hold new advisements at 1:30pm)
