Protection Orders must be filed prior to 4:00PM Monday-Friday to allow time for the Protection Order documents to be completed by the petitioner, processed by the Clerk's Office staff and reviewed by the Judge.

For El Jebel: Protection Orders must be filed prior to 4:00PM on Fridays. Monday-Thursday please reach out to the Eagle Combined Courts at 970-328-6373, prior to 4:00PM.

Traffic arraignments are our largest volume dockets. ; ;As so many people wish to see the District Attorney first, it may take 3-4 hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. ; Please plan accordingly. ; Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.

Parking: The most convenient public parking for the Justice Center is located in the parking lot to the north of the Annex building (small building to the east of the Justice Center).
