This classification provides property management services and assists the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with day to day responsibilities including Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service and tenant relations.

Summary of Job Classification:
Monitors and tracks reporting requirements of court appointed guardians and conservators. Assists the Court in assessing guardian and conservator expenditures.

Assists in development and implementation the Colorado Judicial Department's communications, public education and information programs.  Primary responsibilities will include content analysis and development, publications, and public education.

Serves as the staff authority on purchasing matters for the Colorado Judicial Department.  Oversees purchasing functions as requested or required to ensure compliance with Judicial Department requirements.
