The Clerk and Court Executive of the Court of Appeals is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and directing the management of the Office of the Clerk of the Court and all non-judicial administration of the Court of Appeals.   

The Deputy Clerk and Deputy Court Executive of the Supreme Court assists the Clerk and Court Executive of the Supreme Court with non-judicial administration of the Supreme Court and is responsible for leading and overseeing the administrative functions of one or more units. May act as Clerk and Court Executive of the Supreme Court in their absence.

The Deputy Clerk and Deputy Court Executive of the Court of Appeals assists the Clerk and Court Executive of the Court of Appeals with non-judicial administration of the Court of Appeals and is responsible for leading and overseeing the administrative functions of one or more units. May act as Clerk and Court Executive of the Court of Appeals in their absence.
