Job Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of projects on time, on budget, in scope and to the required quality & success specifications of the Customer Engagement and Quality Assurance teams. The IT Project Manager’s role is to help with creation of project charters/business cases, using the appropriate methodology for the scope of the project. This could involve traditional, waterfall, agile, scrum, Kanban or a hybrid approach, depending on the goals of the project. IT Project Manager creates project artifacts, escalates risks and issues, and delivers projects with direct support of Information Technology Services (ITS) project teams and the IT Project Management Unit. The IT Project Manager develops the detailed project management and execution plan for assigned projects and implements them together with the assigned project team. The IT Project Manager is also responsible for working with ITS project teams, contractors, and sourcing partners to complete required work.

The IT Support Technician I is an entry level position that supports all computer related functions for the Colorado Judicial Branch. The IT Support Technician I performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, computer troubleshooting in an office environment that includes desktop, portable and remote devices; all peripheral devices; application and enterprise system support; troubleshooting all computer hardware and software issues; and performs computer repairs, installation and configuration of standard business software, as well as custom court related software.
