Self-Help Center Room S101:

Wednesdays: 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (effective 7/15/26)

Probate Division (W150) Open Walk-Up Hours - every Wednesday: 
Protective Proceedings - 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Civil Protection Orders - For same day hearing, Petitions shall be filed in the Clerk's Office, S101, Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Petitions filed after 9:30 a.m. will be heard in court on the next business day.

For Public - 
  • Metered street parking - download the app. Distance from courthouse varies but is usually 1-2 blocks. Meters accept coins or credit cards.
  • Colorado Springs Parking Garage - 130 S. Nevada St. Enter from Nevada St. or Colorado Ave. 
For Jurors -

El Paso County Parking Structures - A validation for FREE parking will be provided to jurors that parked in the EL PASO COUNTY parking structures located at:     

  • 50 EAST COSTILLA STREET (1 block south of the courthouse).  Do not park in reserved spaces.  Place the pink shaded portion of the jury summons (located directly underneath the blue "IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ" section) on your dashboard. The best option for jurors requiring Accessible Parking is the El Paso County parking structure located at 50 East Costilla Street.
     
  • 255 SAHWATCH STREET (1 block west of the courthouse behind the Pikes Peak Center).  Do not park in reserved spaces.  Place the pink shaded portion of the jury summons (located directly underneath the blue "IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ" section) on your dashboard.

Parking at any other location cannot be validated or reimbursed. 

Jurors not checked in for jury service cannot be provided with a parking validation.
