Responsible for management of Human Resources staff in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, EEO/Diversity and HRIS. Leads major projects and initiatives related to the functions listed above. Assists the Director of Human Resources on the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.

Summary of Job Classification:
Provides professional Realtime reporting and transcribing for court proceedings, hearings and conferences. Employees in this classification have obtained their Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certification through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and have a completion of at least 94% accuracy (the Colorado standard) on one of the following examinations: Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Certified Broadcast Captioner (CBC), Certified CART Provider (CCP) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA); or the Federal Certified Realtime Reporter (FCRR).
