This position is responsible for the management of the AV and Network teams of the Information Technology Services (ITS) division. The Manager of AV and Network Architecture will lead a group of engineers and analysts with specific focus on building and maintaining integrated experiences that work across the entire Judicial Department AV and network footprint. The Manager of AV and Network Architecture role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and operations to ensure the stable functioning of the Department’s IT networking, telephony, audio-visual systems, and related end-user software suites.

Summary of Job Classification:
Oversees and administers the day-to-day operations of a peer mentor program within a veterans’ court(s). Recruits, trains, and supervises military veteran paid and volunteer peer mentors and may supervise up to three full time equivalent (FTE) employees. Participates in providing individual case management for justice-involved veterans. Identifies and tracks veterans as they progress through the court system. Ensures policies and procedures are adhered to. Serves as the state-wide leader for veteran programs, develops state- wide standards and goals, serves as a resource and advisor for other Coordinators throughout the judiciary.

Depending upon the jurisdictional environment and skill set the coordinator may assume coordinating responsibilities for more than one problem solving court (i.e. Adult Drug Court, DUI Court, Family Drug Court, Juvenile Drug Court, Mental Health Court and Veterans Court).
