About Annulment

• To annul (invalidate/cancel) a Civil Union, follow the same process and use the same forms to annul a marriage.
• Note, a Civil Union is a certificate filed with the local County Clerk and Recorder's Office.  Some confuse this with a Common Law Marriage.
