Guidelines for Pro-Se e-mailed documents:

• Document must be legible and complete
• Document must be signed
• Document must have case number (if filing into an existing case)
• ID included where required

Documents that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected

Document is not filed until accepted by the Clerk's Office and uploaded into the Court's case management system.

- District Court Setting are scheduled every Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. No notice to the clerk is necessary. If Monday is a holiday, settings will occur the Tuesday after the holiday 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The phone number for these settings is 970-870-2360 followed by bridge number 32323 followed by #. Someone from each office is required to be present for the setting. 

We cannot provide multiple dates for circulation. 

- The party requesting the setting is responsible for filing the notice with the Webex information for the Judge presiding over the case.

- If a case management conference is set, a joint or stipulated case management order should be filed prior to the case management conference. Routt does not currently issue case management orders for district court civil cases (subject to change).
