Who We Look For

As a premier state government agency, the Colorado Judicial Branch continually recruits ambitious individuals to become future leaders. Working For The Judicial Branch

Employment opportunities exist across 64 counties and 22 judicial districts of Colorado. Employees receive 10 paid holidays during the fiscal year and an average of 40 hours of training per year. Training opportunities include leadership and profession-specific trainings. Employees are promoted approximately 78% of the time when internal promotion opportunities exist, and the average tenure of Judicial Branch employees is approximately 10 years, which is almost twice the national average.
