The Smart Act Reports are published each year per C.R.S. 2-7-205. This report details Major Functions of the Department, Key Principles and Goals, Environmental Scan, Management Strategies and Measurements, District Court Judge Statistics, SCAO Text Reminder Statistics, Extreme Risk Protection Order Statistics, and Eviction Protections for Residential Tenants Statistics.
