Summary of Job Classification:
Oversees and administers the day-to-day operations of a peer mentor program within a veterans’ court(s). Recruits, trains, and supervises military veteran paid and volunteer peer mentors and may supervise up to three full time equivalent (FTE) employees. Participates in providing individual case management for justice-involved veterans. Identifies and tracks veterans as they progress through the court system. Ensures policies and procedures are adhered to. Serves as the state-wide leader for veteran programs, develops state- wide standards and goals, serves as a resource and advisor for other Coordinators throughout the judiciary.

Summary of Job Classification:
The Clerk of the Court of Appeals is responsible for providing for the administration of all aspects of the Court of Appeals. This involves supervising court employees, providing case flow management, and participating in the design, acquisition, and implementation of automation for Court of Appeals processes and proceedings. This position will also develop and implement new policies or policy changes in conjunction with Court of Appeals judges and staff.

Summary of Job Classification:
Provides professional Realtime reporting and transcribing for court proceedings, hearings and conferences. Employees in this classification have obtained their Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certification through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and have a completion of at least 96% accuracy on one of the following examinations: Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Certified Broadcast Captioner (CBC), Certified CART Provider (CCP) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA); or the Federal Certified Realtime Reporter (FCRR).
