The Human Resources System Owner manages the specialized and internal HR systems, services, and
applications for the Colorado Judicial Department. Duties include collaborating with internal and external
system users to meet business needs, solving technical issues with systems and data exchanges, and
reporting on system usage and potential improvements.

Provides technical support to the Human Resources Division of the Colorado Judicial Branch, specifically in the areas of criminal history checks and employee data and credentialing.

Assists with day-to-day operations of the in-place security solutions and performs identification, investigation and resolution of security events detected by relevant systems. Work includes but is not limited to the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures as well as conducting vulnerability assessments and incident response. The Information Security Analyst is expected to be fully aware of security goals and established policies, procedures and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals.

The Integrated Information Systems (IIS) Coordinator is primarily responsible for leading and managing all Judicial Department data exchanges with criminal justice agencies, as well as various other state and local governmental agencies. This includes an ability to handle both business and technical related work. Work is conducted in small, agile teams to design, test, and build new data exchange offerings, as well as maintain and enhance existing data exchanges.

Directs the work of language interpreters and provides accurate and clear interpretation services between English and the target (foreign) language for the courts and probation departments of the Colorado Judicial Department.  Members of this class have not yet attained interpreter certification from the Colorado Judicial Department’s Court Interpreter Certification Program or other recognized credential, but are pursuing certification through training and testing.  Employees in this class are in good standing with the Colorado Court Interpreter Certification Program and can remain in this class while pursuing certification up to a maximum of two (2) years.

Under the general direction of the Deputy Compact Administrator for Probation, this position provides case tracking, support, training and database technical assistance to Colorado Interstate Compact state probation departments.

Provides support as part of the Talent Management Staff and Human Resources team within the Colorado Judicial Department. Assists with the development and execution of the Talent Management program through research and design. Administers talent management and organizational effectiveness programs ensuring internal superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.

The Technical Support Team Lead supervises and coordinates the statewide IT Support Technicians team in accordance with Information Technology Services (ITS) quality assurance standards.  The Technical Support Team Lead performs a variety of enterprise system support duties including desktop, mobile, and peripheral device troubleshooting of all computer hardware and software issues; performing computer repairs; and assisting customers in setting up new applications, installations and configurations.

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the compensation and employee health and benefit programs for the Colorado Judicial Department. The Manager develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to respond to the Department's needs and competitive/external practices. He/she assures that the Department's compensation programs are administered within internal policies, personnel rules and government regulations. The Manager also oversees the administration of employee health and benefit plans and record maintenance.  This position may manage other units of the Human Resources Division.

The Unified Communications (UC) Engineer II is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Colorado Judicial Department’s telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all telephone systems and services, voicemail systems, and teleconferencing environments. This position will analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit issues and support user needs where required.
