The Project Analyst assists project teams to document detailed project requirements from various product, infrastructure, security and support teams to ensure project success.  They act as liaison between ITS and stakeholders on projects.  They help gather, analyze, and communicate requirements and changes a project will make to business processes, procedures, and policies.  The Project Analyst works on projects which are temporary and have distinct beginning and end times.  This role analyzes projects across ITS and may take on project management duties for smaller, short-term projects as needed.

This classification provides property management services and assists the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with day to day responsibilities including Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service and tenant relations.

Summary of Job Classification:
Monitors and tracks reporting requirements of court appointed guardians and conservators. Assists the Court in assessing guardian and conservator expenditures.

Assists in development and implementation the Colorado Judicial Department's communications, public education and information programs.  Primary responsibilities will include content analysis and development, publications, and public education.

Serves as the staff authority on purchasing matters for the Colorado Judicial Department.  Oversees purchasing functions as requested or required to ensure compliance with Judicial Department requirements.
