The Probate Rules Committee is a standing Committee appointed by the Colorado Supreme Court. The Committee is charged with the responsibility of reviewing, correcting, updating, and improving all probate rules and forms. The Committee is chaired by the Honorable W. Eric Kuhn of the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court Liaison to the Committee is Justice Richard L. Gabriel.
