The petitioner seeks relief from the county court’s orders of July 1, 2026; October 1, 2026; October 14, 2026; and October 26, 2026.

 

On October 30, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the county court did not err in (1) refusing to disqualify itself, (2) finding the petitioner in direct contempt, and (3) refusing to produce an FTR recording.  The respondent is directed to file an answer by November 27, 2026.  The petitioner has 21 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
