The petitioners seek relief from the district court’s orders of August 11, 2026, and September 16, 2026.

 

On October 8, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the district court did not err in refusing to dismiss the case without first allowing the respondents to inspect and photograph the petitioners’ property.  The respondents are directed to file an answer by November 5, 2026.  The petitioners have 14 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
