The petitioner seeks relief from the trial court’s order of September 22, 2026.

On October 14, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the trial court did not err in ordering the district attorney to audit cases as a discovery sanction.  The respondents are directed to file an answer by November 12, 2026.  The petitioner has 21 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
