The petitioner seeks relief from the trial court’s orders of September 3, 2026, and September 21, 2026.

 

On October 14, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the trial court did not err in excluding medical records as a discovery sanction.  The respondents are directed to file an answer by November 12, 2026.  The petitioner has 21 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
