On June 30, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the trial court did not err in denying the plaintiff’s motion to dismiss the defendants’ counterclaims regarding the mill levy equalization and pledge agreement. The respondents are directed to file an answer by July 28, 2026.  The petitioner has 21 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
