The petitioner seeks relief from the trial court’s orders of December 17, 2025, and February 3, 2026.

 

On June 25, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the trial court did not err in ordering that the petitioner be held in custody without bond pending admission for inpatient restoration services.  The respondents are directed to file an answer by July 6, 2026.  The petitioner has 7 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
