The Colorado Judicial Discipline Rule-Making Committee has approved several draft rules: Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline 19, 27-28, 30-32, 38-41. The public comment period for written comments is now open. The Committee will hold a virtual public comment hearing on October 26, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Members of the public who wish to make an oral comment must register by email on or before October 21, 2026.
