Notice of Rulemaking: Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline 35 and 36

The Judicial Discipline Rule-Making Committee has approved two interim rules: Colorado Rules of Judicial Discipline 35 and 36. Copies of the interim rules, along with instructions on how to participate in the public comment process, are now available at https://ccjd.colorado.gov/judicial-discipline-rule-making-committee. The public comment period for written comments is now open. The Committee will hold a public comment hearing on October 3, 2025, at 9 a.m. at 1300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado, 80203 in room 2A. Members of the public who wish to make an oral comment (either in person or online) must register by email on or before September 30, 2025.
