Clerk of Court’s Office Front Counter Hours: 

Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Friday from 7:30 a.m. to Noon. 

Note: The Records counter offers in-person services Monday - Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Records counter is closed on Friday.

Clerk of Court’s Drop Box: 

Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

***A drop box for the Clerk of Court’s office is located in the main atrium of the Jefferson County Courts and Administration Building. Filings received before business opens will be date-stamped for the previous business day. Incomplete filings or filings without proper payment or waiver will be returned. Do not put cash in the drop box***
