Jury Information

All trials scheduled to proceed on Monday, October 12th, 2026, have been cancelled. All jurors summoned for this date are excused and have completed their service for the year.

For Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, please read this entire message. 

Jurors in the range between 2572 through 2868 and juror 1167 are to report at 7:45 am.

All jurors will report to the Weld County Plaza West Building, 910 10^th Ave., East Entrance, Greeley. Please be prepared to go through security and wait in line. 

Please complete the questionnaire located on your jury summons and bring the summons with you when you report for jury service.

PARKING: 

Due to ongoing construction in downtown Greeley, parking availability and access routes around the Weld County Courthouse are changing frequently. These impacts are managed by the City of Greeley, and updates may occur with little advance notice. Please allow extra time for parking. 

Jurors may use the following parking options, as well as any other available public parking in the surrounding area:

* Union Colony Civic Center parking

* Depot Parking Lot at the northeast corner of 7th Avenue and 10th Street

* Various free and paid on-street parking spaces near the courthouse.

We recognize these changes may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience as the City's construction project continues.

HANDICAP parking is available on 9th St and 9th Ave facing the Courthouse. Please display your handicap placard or license plate.
