The Deputy Clerk and Deputy Court Executive of the Supreme Court assists the Clerk and Court Executive of the Supreme Court with non-judicial administration of the Supreme Court and is responsible for leading and overseeing the administrative functions of one or more units. May act as Clerk and Court Executive of the Supreme Court in their absence.

Work requires supervising and monitoring performance for a regular group of employees (1 or more full-time employees) including providing input on hiring/disciplinary actions and work objectives/ effectiveness, performance evaluations, and realigning work as needed. The work performed by majority of employees is complex.
Education and Experience Equivalency:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, public or court administration, or related field.
OR
An additional four (4) years of work experience in these or other related fields may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required formal education.
Work-Related Experience:
At least four (4) years of professional administrative experience in a court, law firm, legal entity/agency or related field or at least four (4) years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in an appellate court.
Licenses and Certifications:
At least four (4) years of professional administrative experience in a court, law firm, legal entity/agency or related field or at least four (4) years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in an appellate court.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory experience.
