Mobile Home Evictions Resources
Home owners and park owners can use Mobile Home Park Dispute Resolution (part of the the Mobile Home Park Oversight Program) to resolve problems before going to court.
Rental and Mortgage Assistance Program
Need information on rental assistance? The landlord or the tenant can start the application process, but receiving assistance requires documentation from both the tenant and landlord. For more details on the Rental and Mortgage Assistance Program, see Rental Assistance for Tenants and Landlords.
Most tenants will need only the following items:
- Income documentation for all adults in house
- Landlord's email address and phone number
- Government-issued ID
- Lease or proof you live at the property
- Rent statement or amount of rent due
