The petitioner seeks relief from the trial court’s order of February 1, 2024.

On March 26, 2024, the Supreme Court issued a rule to show cause why the county court did not err in finding probable cause at the preliminary hearing.  The respondents are directed to file a written answer on or before April 16, 2024.  The petitioner has 7 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
