Summary of Job Classification:
Performs professional, technical, and analytical administrative coordination and project management work. Responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the unit but may manage projects related to space planning and facilities management, telecommunications and AV/IT implementation, statistical analysis and planning, operational and organizational assessments, contract administration and oversight, auditing and compliance reviews, and similar work under the direction of an Executive.

Does the system charge organizations for rejected filings?

Statutory Filing fees, E-Filing fees, and E-Service fees are not assessed on filings until the courts accept them. Thus, Statutory, E-Filing, and E-Service fees are not charged on rejected filings. US Mail fees are assessed when the filing is submitted to the court and are non-refundable.  

Each rejected filing will be accompanied by a reason for rejection. The system also allows rejected documents to automatically be included in a new filing that can be corrected and re-submitted to the court.

Who pays for the auxiliary aids and services?

Auxiliary aids and services necessary for effective communication or to enable participation in services, other than devices of a personal nature, are to be provided at no cost to the person with the disability.
