The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in all areas of property management for the Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center and the associated 1255 Lincoln Parking Garage. The Assistant Property Manager supervises and coordinates building staff and operations. Primary responsibilities include supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the facilities and ensuring facilities, equipment and systems are code compliant and maintained in accordance with safety and security standards and requirements, and customer satisfaction.

Performs regularly assigned lead work over staff responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, preventative maintenance and repairs for the Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center and the associated 1255 Lincoln Parking Garage, including utilizing automated control systems to monitor, adjust and control various electrical, plumbing, lighting and mechanical building systems.

Assist Reporter of Decisions in providing highly complex legal editing of opinions for the Colorado Court of Appeals.

The Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer I is responsible for the support and maintenance of courtroom A/V technologies. This includes operating, maintaining, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading A/V products in the courtroom while also ensuring optimal performance and integration with other systems such as the Colorado Judicial Department’s (Department) network and court reporting equipment. The A/V Engineer I will analyze and resolve A/V issues in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as support user needs where required.

Supervises the audit functions for the Colorado Judicial Department.

Conducts audits of Judicial related operations and entities to determine the adequacy of internal controls, compliance with established criteria, and the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. 

The Network Security Engineer works to secure the Colorado Judicial Branch’s network infrastructure by configuring, testing, and optimizing networks, and assisting the Senior Network Security Engineer and Information Security Manager. Implements solutions to improve overall information security.

Conducts audits of Judicial-related operations and entities to determine the adequacy of internal controls, compliance with established criteria, and the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Assists the Network Engineering team in managing the activities and operations required to maintain the Colorado Judicial Department’s network. This includes ensuring the stability and integrity of the Branch’s voice, data, video, and wireless network services.  The Network Engineer I installs, configures, monitors, maintains, supports, and optimizes network hardware, software, and communication links.
