About

The Eleventh Judicial District Probation Department serves Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, and Park Counties. In all of the counties, Probation provides two general functions for the Courts: Presentence Investigations and Supervision of offenders on Probation.  Services only occur when Court Ordered. Presentence investigations are intended to provide the Courts with details of the offense and the effects on the victim and community, information about the offender, and sentencing alternatives. Supervision services are available to adults and juveniles. Some services are contracted out to Intervention, Inc., a private probation provider.
