Case Management Order and Advisement Regarding Issues Heard at a Permanent Civil Protection Order Hearing

 

  • All Permanent Protection order and Final Traffic Infraction hearings are held in person. Unless a motion to appear by WebEx is filed with the Court and granted in advance of the hearing, all parties must appear in person.
