The petitioner seeks relief from the juvenile court’s order of February 27, 2026.

On March 31, 2026, the Supreme Court issued an order to show cause why the juvenile court did not err in ruling that the birth mother was entitled to anonymity and confidentiality under Colorado’s “Safe Haven” law.  The respondents are directed to file an answer by April 14, 2026.  The petitioner has 7 days from receipt of the answer to reply.
