ATTENTION JURORS

Please call the Jury Information Line at 970-879-5020 Ext. 2 starting at 5:00 pm the evening prior to reporting for jury duty as information can change.

If you are required to report

• Fill out the bottom portion of your Juror Questionnaire form and bring the entire summons with you when you report.

• Please plan for your children prior to reporting for jury service. The Routt County Combined Court does not have daycare facilities. 

• If you need to provide proof of jury service, the bailiff can give you information on how to access a certificate of service, which will show the number of days that you appeared. It may take up to 48 hours after jury selection for the certificate to appear.

• Be prepared to go through security screening. All items brought into the courthouse are subject to search.

• You are allowed to bring water, coffee, or tea, in containers with a secure lid. All other beverages or food items are not allowed in the courtrooms.

Postponement or Disqualification Requests - All requests must be made at least 24 hours prior. For the quickest response, please go to the link above and fill out the request online. If you need to provide supporting documents** for your request, you can email it to routtjury@judicial.state.co.us. Make sure you reference your name, juror #, and county on all emails to prevent a delay in the response.

**Note: All medical disqualifications require a Physician’s note, for one-time or permanent excuses.
