For pro se parties filing a new case or into an existing domestic relations (DR) case, please use the pro se e-filing portal.
Pro Se filers: Court documents may be filed by emailing them to WashingtonClerksOffice@judicial.state.co.us. If your filing requires a payment, you must contact the court.
The Self Represented Litigant Coordinator is available to help pro se individuals with general questions, paperwork, resources, and forms related to their case (within legal limitations). The Coordinator can help anyone who is not represented by an attorney with NON-criminal matters. Appointments are available. Please contact 970-542-5252 or email 13selfhelp@judicial.state.co.us. Appointments and walk-in's welcome every 1st Wednesday of the month between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

- County Court Traffic and Misdemeanor case types are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 8:30 A.M.
- For County Court Civil return dates, please set on any Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. For FED information, please contact the court. You may check the docket by clicking on dockets at the bottom of the page.
- Washington County appearances are in-person, unless you have permission to appear virtually. If allowed to appear virtually, contact the Clerk's office to confirm which Courtroom you will need to appear in.
