- Transcript Request: E-filing transcripts into the case does not get the request to the individual that requests the transcriptions. Once it is emailed to PCASPEN@judicial.state.co.us , then our clerk has 48 hours from that timeframe to download the recording and send to a transcriptionist for processing.
