Robert Gregory

Judge Robert N. Gregory was appointed to the Summit County Court Bench in 2025 and handles a mixed docket comprised of criminal and civil cases. Prior to his appointment, Judge Gregory was a deputy district attorney in the 5^th Judicial District and worked in private practice for eleven years with the law firm of West Huntley Gregory PC in Breckenridge, CO where his practice focused primarily on business, real estate, and civil litigation. He has been an active member of his community serving on the board of directors of many local non-profit agencies.  Judge Gregory earned a B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University in 2002 and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010.
