The Division of Human Resources strives to provide expertise, leadership, and consultation for the development and strategic management of human resources.
The Colorado Judicial Department is committed to ensuring equal access to and full participation in any of our services, programs and activities for qualified individuals with disabilities, including employees of the Colorado Judicial Department. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is an important part of our culture, and we are committed to providing reasonable accommodations when needed without causing a fundamental alteration, undue hardship or undue burden to the Colorado Judicial Department.
Each district has an ADA Coordinator and Jury Commissioner. They are responsible for reviewing requests for accommodation and interacting with the public to coordinate such requests. Informal discussions may occur to understand a request or find a resolution, and the Colorado Judicial Department is willing to work with you to determine a disability accommodation when it falls under the purview of the ADA Coordinator.
Likewise, the Jury Commissioner is responsible for reviewing requests for accommodation once a juror or potential juror has made a request for a disability accommodation.
Not sure which district you are in? Find your ADA Coordinator or Jury Commissioner.
