7/9/25 - Update: New location for Conejos County proceedings

Due to a fire, the Conejos County Courthouse will be closed until further notice. Effective July 9, 2025, court will be holding proceedings in-person at the S.P.M.D.T.U. Concilio Superior until the courthouse is reopened. Individuals with in-person court hearings must appear at 603 Main Street, Antonito, CO 81120. On-street parking is available nearby the facility.

• In the event that a matter is scheduled for trial, the Court will notify all parties and jurors to where the proceedings will be held. Please consult the address on the summons or notice of hearing received for the correct address to appear at.
• If you have questions regarding an upcoming court proceeding, please contact the Conejos County staff by email ConejosClerk@judicial.state.co.us or by phone at 719-376-5465.
• Limited in-person customer service assistance can be obtained at 12987 County Road G.6, Conejos, CO 81129 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Conejos County Court Clerk’s Office is temporarily located in the Annex Building at the entrance for Veterans Services and Probation until the courthouse is available for occupancy.
