The Juror Service Certificate, found on the Judicial website, identifies the number of days an employee appeared for jury duty. Requests may take several days depending on the location of your jury service. Please contact your local Jury Commissioner if you are having difficulty accessing the online certificate after the allotted time frame.

Collections Investigators will use escalating enforcement measures to prompt payment. These measures may include phone calls, emails and letters, assessment of late fees and costs, garnishment of wages or other assets, along with other available remedies. 

The fee for service is determined by your process server so it can vary, there is no set fee.
