Summary of Job Classification:
The ITS Knowledge Management Specialist works for the Colorado Judicial Department, Information Technology Services (ITS) Department and is responsible for managing the Judicial Department’s Case Management System and maturing the knowledge management for the Colorado Judicial Department.  This includes overseeing all knowledge bases; storing, sharing, and deleting of information; and developing and delivering appropriate communications and trainings. This position will also assist with the program’s accessibility needs. 

The Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer II is responsible for the support and maintenance of courtroom A/V technologies. This includes operating, maintaining, installing, configuring, repairing, and upgrading A/V products in the courtroom while also ensuring optimal performance and integration with other systems such as the Colorado Judicial Department's (Department) network and court reporting equipment. The A/V Engineer II will analyze and resolve A/V issues in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as support user needs where required.
