Lead Network Architect
Job Description
The Lead Network Architect’s role is to develop and maintain the high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical network architecture for the Colorado Judicial Department. This position is responsible for managing statewide activities and operations required to maintain the Colorado Judicial Department network. This includes ensuring the stability and integrity of the Department’s data, voice, video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization while also ensuring minimal network downtime. The Lead Network Architect will provide technical leadership and strategic decision making as it pertains to the network architecture across the Information Technology Services (ITS) division.

Total Rewards Manager
Job Description
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the compensation and employee health and benefit programs for the Colorado Judicial Department. The Manager develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to respond to the Department's needs and competitive/external practices. He/she assures that the Department's compensation programs are administered within internal policies, personnel rules and government regulations. The Manager also oversees the administration of employee health and benefit plans and record maintenance. This position may manage other units of the Human Resources Division.

The Vendor Liaison II classification is distinguished from the Vendor Liaison I by the assignment of more complex duties and by serving as a subject matter expert.
State Court Administrator
Job Description
The State Court Administrator works closely with the Chief Justice, Supreme Court, and other court executives of the Colorado Judicial Department to set the strategic administrative direction for the Department. The position has oversight over the State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO), which provides central administrative infrastructure services for the Department through a number of divisions and offices including: Information Technology, Financial Services, Human Resources, Court Services, Legal Counsel, Education and Probation Services.
The State Court Administrator is a liaison to advisory working groups and committees of justices, judges and administrators that provide recommendations and advice for policymaking, business practice change, and service delivery. The State Court Administrator serves at the pleasure of the Supreme Court.

Business Intelligence Developer
Job Description
This classification is responsible for design, implementation, and administration of business intelligence systems for the Colorado Judicial Department. Designs and creates data models, data marts and data stores using data modeling and extract, transform and load (ETL) tools. Produces business intelligence solutions for the Department and external stakeholders.
Court Education Specialist
Job Description
SUMMARY OF JOB CLASSIFICATION: This position performs professional and technical work by providing training to employees on court business practices and programs. Positions in this classification are distinguished from lower-level positions due to spending 50% or more time conducting training. Court Education Specialists do not have responsibility for policy development for the unit.
