Lead the program established under Colorado Senate Bill 19-043 to provide outreach regarding judicial office vacancies and create and deliver educational programming about the judicial application process.

The Culture and Leadership Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (IDEA) initiatives, support the Judicial Officer Outreach Program, cultivating a positive workplace culture across our organization.  This position will also oversee the Leadership Development and Training for staff.

Assists the Director of Court Services in the completion of the Director’s duties focusing on project management issues, routine personnel issues, oversee staffing studies and court staffing levels, implementation of statewide treatment courts, and supervises and provided technical assistance to the Court Programs Analyst.

This classification will support the Director of the Division by managing the operational work of the Division.  The incumbent serves as acting Director in the Director's absence.

Responsible for management of Human Resources staff in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, EEO/Diversity and HRIS.  Leads major projects and initiatives related to the functions listed above.  Assists the Director of Human Resources on the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
