There are 3 ways to find the Jury Schedule

1. On the Jury page, enter your county courthouse in the to be taken directly to the Jury Information for that courthouse.
2. Go to your county courthouse web page.
   • Under the section menu dropdown in the banner, select "Jury Information".

The Colorado Judicial Department has an ADA grievance process through the Office of the State Court Administrator by which an individual may seek review of a decision concerning reasonable accommodation. A grievance form, with a copy of the previous decision included, should be submitted within 60 days of the alleged violation to the Director of Human Resources or a designee at the Colorado State Court Administrator's Office, 1300 Broadway, Suite 1200, Denver, CO 80203.

There are five security levels for documents filed with the court:

• Public: Access to court, all case parties, and public.
• Protected: Access to the public following redaction.
• Restricted: Access to judges, court and Judicial Department staff, all case parties (including parties' attorneys), and criminal justice agencies.  
• Suppressed: Access to judges, court and Judicial Department staff, and all case parties (including parties’ attorneys).
• Sealed: Access to judges and court/Judicial Department staff.

There are three security levels for serve-only documents:

• Public: All case parties and public.
• Suppressed: All case parties only.
• Private: Filing parties and served parties only.

Students are not automatically excused from jury duty.

If the juror is a student within the State of Colorado, they have the option of postponing to a date they can attend in their home county within 6 months of their reporting date OR they can choose to be transferred to the county in which they attend school to complete their service.

If the juror is an out of state student, but still holds a driver’s license or is registered to vote in the State of Colorado, then they are still required to serve. Out of state students may be granted a postponement of up to 12 months from their reporting date to a time when they are home for a break or holiday.
