The Lead Network Architect’s role is to develop and maintain the high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical network architecture for the Colorado Judicial Department. This position is responsible for managing statewide activities and operations required to maintain the Colorado Judicial Department network. This includes ensuring the stability and integrity of the Department’s data, voice, video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization while also ensuring minimal network downtime. The Lead Network Architect will provide technical leadership and strategic decision making as it pertains to the network architecture across the Information Technology Services (ITS) division.

The Legal Contracts Manager represents the Colorado Judicial Department on various legal matters relating to contracts and supervises the Contracts Management Unit who manage the definition of objectives for the negotiation and implementation of contract language and contracts; oversee administrative aspects of contracts; develop, justify and explain contract terms to Department staff; monitor contractor compliance with contracts; and resolve issues between contractors, vendors and end users involving contracts.
