Additional Jury Information

The evening prior to your jury service date, or on the weekend if your trial is scheduled for a Monday, call the Jury Status Recording at 970-264-8175 after 5:00 pm, for a recording that will tell you if the trial is going or check the Reporting Schedule below. Please call again the day of your service date for updates. Please complete the Juror Questionnaire on your summons and bring it with you.

• Do not park in Sheriff’s Office or Jail parking lots. You may park in the courthouse parking lot, the cul-de-sac by the small church or the gravel parking lot at the back of Pagosa Bible Church, unless otherwise marked.
• You cannot bring children, pets, soda, coffee or food of any kind or explosives (such as lighters or e-cigarettes) into the Courthouse.
• You may bring water in a clear plastic container.
• NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES, SUCH AS CELL PHONES, ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO JURY SELECTION. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CELL PHONE IN YOUR CAR OR AT HOME.
• SECURITY NOTICE All persons may be subject to being searched and must pass through a metal detector and security. Please allow adequate time to clear security for reporting.
• For those requesting postponements or disqualifications: due to the volume of requests received, we will not respond to your request if we are able to grant it.
